The Lishang LS-U320 is a five-axis CNC machining center designed for high-precision complex part processing, small and medium-sized mold manufacturing, and precision cutting of aerospace and automotive components. Leveraging its expertise in professional CNC R&D, the center prioritizes high rigidity, high precision, and high efficiency, meeting the demands of integrated multi-material, multi-process machining. Equipped with the Shanghai Renatron N5EC bus-based absolute CNC system, the machine supports five-axis, five-axis linkage functionality without the need for a zero return upon startup, significantly reducing setup time. Its core features include a ø320mm high-precision worktable with a maximum load of 120kg, making it suitable for machining small and medium-sized workpieces. It enables multi-process machining of complex curved and polyhedral parts with a single clamping setup, reducing clamping errors and labor costs.
